You Can Now Rent Sammy Hagar’s Lakeside Chateau

Sammy Hagar’s lakeside chateau is now up for rental, if you have the financial means, that is. The iconic frontman’s Lake Arrowhead, California property can now be rented for a measly $30,000 a month.

This sprawling lakeside home, complete with a poignant view of the body of water, comes with eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms alongside a 6,557 square-foot living room area. The mansion’s master suite has a cavernous 30-foot ceiling, and is populated by a private deck, custom walk-in closet, a steam shower, and a cedar-lined sauna. The living room features a hand-carved limestone place, while the game room has wood paneling to it, whereas a full-size bar is ready for guests to take over. Of course, what would a Sammy Hagar property do without a soundproof recording studio?

As for the outside amenities, a home spa faces the lakeside view of the property, along with a natural gas fire pit, which is situated on the expansive patio area. Further down the trail, a walkway leads guests to the lake area, where a private boat dock can be accessed.

Hagar reportedly bought the property for about $2.3 million back in 2009 and tried to put it on sale in 2017 for $5.25 million. Nobody has challenged the asking price, forcing Hagar to drop it several times now, with the latest asking price at $3.9 million.
