It seems like a great year for Beatles fans, as it has just been recently announced that a new vinyl box set called the “The Singles Collection” this coming November 22.

Starting from  1962 on to 1970, The Fab Four have released 22 UK singles, but among the 44 side-A and B tracks, 29 were not included in the original British releases back in the day. All of these singles will be joined by the mid-1990 releases such as “Free As A Bird” and “Real Love”, which are newly cut from their original mono and stereo master tapes by engineer Sean Magee at the Abbey Road Studios for this special limited-edition release.

The Beatles: The Singles Collection entails 46 tracks on 23 180-gram 7-inch vinyl singles in accurately reproduced international picture sleeves, which are taken from the 1962 debut single “Love Me Do” to the ending of an era with 1970’s “Let It Be”. More than the track compilation, it will also include a 40-page booklet filled with photos, memorabilia, and essays of the Beatle historian Kevin Howlett.

This new release is a follow-up to the chart-topping reissue of the band’s Abbey Road catalog for its 50th-anniversary celebration.
