The Peanuts Gang are back again to give their rendition of Led Zeppelin’s iconic song “Stairway to Heaven.” The video can be viewed below.

It never fails to amaze us what folks in the internet age can achieve with some music, some old pop culture, and a decent idea. YouTube content creator Garren Lazar is responsible for mixing both classic rock music and the famous Peanuts Gang, created by Charles Schulz. Moreover, Lazar has created many variant covers using other cartoon characters, apart from the Peanuts Gang, including those from The Powerpuff Girls, Marvel Comics, and the Justice League.

Led Zeppelin’s “Stairway to Heaven” was first released before the end of 1971. Guitarist Jimmy Page and vocalist Robert Plant wrote it for the band’s fourth studio album which was untitled (but often called Led Zeppelin IV). The song is consistently listed by music publications as among the most played of all time on the radio, and it has earned a place in the pantheon of great rock tunes. Jimmy Page is very fond of this song and thinks Robert Plant’s lyrics are some of his greatest works. From then on, he had him compose the Zeppelin songs’ lyrics.
