It’s a shame how we never got to see Stevie Ray Vaughan’s talent for a long time. He’s the real guitar hero of the blues, saving the genre from seeing the dark of the day, and succeeded to make it as magnificent as ever. An excellent guitar player himself, there’s no doubt that every guitar that he managed to handle, will be played excellently.

In this one video of him strumming the acoustic Gibson L1 guitar, you’ll fall in love with his skills even more.

The introductory riffs are exceptional, showing the brilliance of Vaughan on the acoustic. The video was then cut to an interview of him talking about his life, more specifically, how he managed his way up to stardom.

“Many, many bar gigs. Slept in them, live in them, literally. It’s paid off. Here we are.” Vaughan said to the interviewer. It’s clear that his path towards fame wasn’t the easiest, and by then, he’s reaping the good fruits of his labor.  Vaughan proceeded to play the guitar in a skilled manner.
