Ann Wilson of Heart will give you goosebumps with this incredible rendition of Aerosmith’s “Dream On.”

The video shows a power-driven performance of Wilson inside the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom in New Hampshire last August 2021. The song is among the many covers from Wilson, who also sung the songs of The Who, John Lennon, Led Zeppelin, and many more. Apart from that, the singer didn’t miss the chance to sing some of Heart classics that brought tears of joy to its diehard fans.

The 71-year-old singer grips to the song’s original take. However, she didn’t hesitate to show to everyone what she’s capable of; almost as if time didn’t pass by on her talents as a wonderful musician. You can watch her performance below.

“Dream On” is a power ballad written by frontman Steven Tyler for the band’s debut album. It became the band’s well-known songs and is also a staple to classic rock radio stations. Tyler admitted to writing the song way before the band was formed, when he was seventeen or eighteen.

“It was just this little thing I was playing, and I never dreamed it would end up as a real song or anything. … It’s about dreaming until your dreams come true,” Tyler said in the band’s memoir, Walk This Way.

Furthermore, an upcoming Heart biopic is in the works, with Ann Wilson confirming the rumor last November 2020.
