Steven Tyler Declares Today “Red, White And You” Day

Nearly a year after Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler broke the internet with his country debut “Love Is Your Name,” he’s back with the hotly anticipated follow-up single “Red, White And You”.

Officially available for streaming and download as of midnight on January 22nd, “Red, White And You” is described by Tyler’s record label Big Machine Label Group’s Dot Records as an “American up-tempo country anthem” – in simpler terms, the song just rocks. It even includes references to rock legend Tom Petty’s iconic “American Girl”!

We’re so excited to finally hear the song Steven and his friends in Nashville have been raving about since the beginning of the year but from the looks of things, Steven’s even more excited:

Brimming with country influences and the unique brand of rock and roll we’re used to seeing from Steven with Aerosmith, “Red, White And You” is a huge jump from last summer’s more bluegrass-tinged “Love Is Your Name,” and it gives us a fantastic glimpse into what Steven hopes to accomplish with his first full length solo album, expected sometime late in 2016.
