No One Does It Better Than Steven

We always think there’s no way Steven Tyler can still surprise us. After decades of seeing him perform and do all sorts of craziness, you can’t help but wonder if we’ve seen it all. Well unless you’ve watched this performance, then you’re in for something that we can only describe as musical perfection.

“When you listen back to ‘Dream On’ and you go, ‘Oh my God. That’s so weird. I’m a little afraid. We’re gonna get thrown out of town.’ That’s what I thought. I thought if I sing that (high-pitched climax of ‘Dream On’), nobody sings like that. I was in fear. I didn’t know. And of course, the band didn’t like it because we were into rocking out and that was a ballad I wrote.” – Steven Tyler

It was released more than four decades ago and this twist makes us feel like it might as well have come out yesterday because that’s how good it sounds.
