The Red Rocker and his Circle has just put up a new performance video as the latest installment of their Lockdown Session series. This time, it’s a cover of Bob Marley’s 1977 hit, “Three Little Birds”.

This is the band’s fourth video for the Lockdown Session series, after releasing their original “Funky Feng Shui”, their own version of The Who’s “Won’t Get Fooled Again”, and Van Halen’s 1986 hit, “Good Enough”.

Sammy Hagar and The Circle are scheduled to play a US Summer tour in support of the album Space Between on July 9 at West Palm Beach, Florida. Their co-headliners, Whitesnake, were forced to lie low and cancel their 2020 commitments due to frontman David Coverdale’s approaching hernia surgery.

Hagar says that they are still on schedule though, noting Live Nation’s decisions in an interview with Eddie Trunk. “Well, Live Nation says until further notice, they’re just leaving things as they are. But there’s a possibility of it postponing the first leg, and then we’ll look at the second leg,” he said.

“The good thing about our tour is we’re in three legs – we’re July, August, September. So if July gets canceled, or postponed, we move it to October, and then we can start in August. We can keep stacking it around. Then we get into the winter, and we’d have to go indoors or something,” he added.

“Listen, I’m gonna get out there and play,” he added. “Otherwise, I’m gonna go crazy,” Hagar concluded.
