What A Nice Surprise!

Just earlier this year, we were all heartbroken to hear that legendary singer/songwriter Neil Diamond was forced to retire from touring due to a Parkinson’s disease diagnosis. If you were ever lucky enough to see Neil perform live then you’d know firsthand just how magical his concerts were. Neil’s songs and performances truly stand the test of time and seeing it before your very eyes was an experience like no other.

However, a group of lucky firefighters were just given the ultimate surprise. As you may have seen in the news, the Lake Christine fires in Colorado are still raging and firefighters in the area have been working non-stop to put out these fires. These firefighters have all been making great sacrifices to keep everyone around them safe and their hard work deserves to be rewarded… And it was!

Neil Diamond surprised these firefighters with an unexpected performance of “Sweet Caroline” and needless to say, these firefighters were so excited to see a legend like this perform just for them. You can watch this awesome performance below!
