Aerosmith, The Roots And Jimmy Fallon Performs “Walk This Way” Using Classroom Instruments | I Love Classic Rock Videos

Aerosmith gives Walk This Way the Classroom Instruments treatment, with Jimmy Fallon and The Roots - The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon / Youtube

Aerosmith has done it again. In a recent episode The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the band graced the show with their presence in the Classroom Instruments segment. The stint has been a long-running gig of Fallon’s late night show, with singers and bands as guests, performing their hits with nothing but an ensemble of kiddie instruments. Ranging from the casual ukulele, up to bizarre yet effective ones like a wood block and the kazoo, Jimmy and his backing band The Roots deliver with ease. It’s time for Aerosmith turn in the segment, performing their 1975 hit “Walk This Way”, with the energetic Steven Tyler leading the charge with his vocals, along with Jimmy Fallon prepping for backup vocals. Joe Perry is on the uke, while Joey Kramer has small kiddie snare with him. Tom Hamilton mans the tambourine, while Brad Whitford is conservative with his maraca.
