For the 50th-anniversary box set release of their 1973 hit The Dark Side of the Moon, Pink Floyd is currently streaming the original 1974 single version of Time.

The English rockers will release a new deluxe box set edition of the project on March 24. The set will include a CD and gatefold vinyl of the newly remastered studio album, as well as Blu-Ray + DVD audio featuring the original 5.1 mix and remastered stereo versions. Additionally, the set will include a new Blu-ray disc of the Atmos mix, as well as a CD and LP of The Dark Side of the Moon – Live at Wembley Empire Pool, London, 1974.

In addition to the box set, Thames & Hudson will also release the book Pink Floyd – The Dark Side of the Moon: 50th Anniversary on March 24 to coincide with the box set release of the Wembley performance on CD and vinyl for the first time.

In Pink Floyd’s eighth album, The Dark Side of the Moon, “Time” is the fourth track and was released as a single in the U.S. Roger Waters, Pink Floyd’s bassist, penned the song’s lyrics, with guitarist David Gilmour and keyboardist Richard Wright taking turns singing lead vocals.
