Post Malone says that The Prince of Darkness enjoyed their collaboration very much, saying it’s his favorite work ever since his stint with Black Sabbath.

In an interview with Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show, Post Malone discussed their collaboration track, “Take What You Want” from his new album, Hollywood’s Bleeding, which also features artists from multiple genres like Halsey and Travis Scott, among others.

Lowe seemed to dig the track as well, after Post Malone asked him if it was any good. Travis Scott is in the track as well, which Post Malone refers to as a “big deal”, especially with the heavy metal legend joining the fray. Malone was impressed with Osbourne’s performance, saying “I think he crushed it”. While he wasn’t present at the time of Ozzy’s recording, which was done at the home studio of Andrew Watt, Watt relayed the message to him with the same enthusiasm. “I mean, he was talking to Watt and Watt was telling me he was like this, ‘Yo, this is my favorite that I’ve done since, you know, Sabbath, and since I started my own, own way.’ I was like, ‘That’s huge. I’m like honored. Thank you very much,’” Post Malone recalled.
