And it’s as good as you think

“Master of Puppets” was a monolithic record. Any doubt as to whether the band truly deserve their spot in the rock ‘n roll pantheon or are merely enjoying fleeting fame was put to rest. It’s the heavy metal album to end all heavy metal albums.

And if you want to listen to the previously unreleased demo of the title track, Metallica was feeling generous by sharing it to us BUT chances are, it might just make you want to buy their Remastered Deluxe Box Set which will be in stores on November 10 but you can also pre-order.

“Available in both physical and digital versions (digital available on November 10th), we’ve got several options for your Metalli-pleasure… CD, vinyl, 3-CD expanded edition and deluxe box set.” – Metallica’s official website

It’s recorded at The Carlson House, El Cerrito, CA back in June 1985 and well, it’s interesting to hear the rugged and scrappy version. You can imagine the boys at the top of their game playing it in the garage – now that makes us miss those good ‘ole days!
