Metallica Release Animated Video For “Shadows Follow”

Metallica has unveiled an animated video of their single “Shadows Follow” for their newly-released album 72 Seasons.
The Tristan Zammit-directed and -animated video debuts in the wake of Metallica’s newest album release, which was co-produced by Greg Fidelman, James Hetfield, and Lars Ulrich.
James Hetfield spoke on what Metallica fans had said about 72 Seasons in an interview with Australia’s Today Show. “It has been really pretty positive so far, and that matters a little bit to us. But internally, we know we’ve done a fantastic album. We’ve written music that we like, and we’re putting it out there. So, whoever else wants to show up, come on in.”
72 Seasons is out now in a wide variety of media, including 2LP 140g black vinyl and limited-edition versions, CD, digital, and Dolby Atmos. Furthermore, this upcoming April 27 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Metallica will kick out a worldwide tour in promotion of the new record that will last for two years.
