A Tennessee house once owned by the architect of rock, Little Richard, has been put out for sale for $349,000. It is located in the town of Lynchburg and is a 6,000 square foot brick building that is actually a combination of two houses in one. Either house has its own entrance although they share the same foyer.

The left-side house features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, while a mix of hardwood and carpeted floors can be found in the entertainment areas like the living and dining rooms. It also has a more neutral paint job which is unusual of Little Richard’s extravagance.

The right-side structure, however, has a more vivid color profile fitting of the rocker with essentially the same features as that of the first house. It is unique in that bright splashes and hues of colors like pinks, blues, and purples can be found.

Little Richard’s property is showing its age but the value in the amazing design along with the surrounding nature is sure to attract potential clients. It includes around 14 acres of the hidden wooded hilltop for relaxation and leisure activities.

The Architect of Rock and Roll had a long and acclaimed career, with songs like “Tutti Frutti,” “Long Tall Sally,” and “Lucille” being the pioneering cuts that helped shape rock music to what it is today. Little Richard died in May at the age of 87 after losing to a long battle with cancer.
