And We’re Just As Confused As You Are…

Well folks, if you thought that by some miracle 2019 was going to be any less weird than 2018, then I’m here to tell you that that’s just not gonna be the case, because we’ve just learned that Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks unwillingly became the subject for the silliest campaign in history.

The campaign is to get Nicks to work a shift at McDonald’s. Yup, we’re not kidding, and the sad part is that it’s already gotten thousands of supporters.

“Sell Me Fries, Sell Me Sweet Little Fries…”

Someone on Facebook with the username ‘Be Reet’ launched the viral campaign just a few weeks ago by creating a group on Facebook called Campaign For Stevie Nicks To Work A Shift at Fleetwood Mcdonalds. This campaign has already gone viral and has thousands of supporters as well as recognitions from several different publications. Be Reet also created the viral campaign for in which it was petitioned for Nirvana to reunite with Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger  in Kurt Cobain’s place.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start with this. Nicks is about to be the first woman inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame twice and this is where her fans are putting their attention? I don’t know, I guess I’m just a bitter old man. Anyway, I’m off to get a Big Mac, maybe I’ll see her there.
