Well, That Tells Me All That I Need To Know…

It’s the age-old question that every single rock star gets asked. “Hey, when’s your band getting back together?” I can only imagine that these rock stars are getting sick of it. Chances are that they won’t tell you straight up if the band is planning on reuniting, so why keep asking?

Nevertheless these rockstars just get bombarded daily with this inevitable question. The real question is how does one come up with a different, more unique answer each time? I think Eddie Van Halen just found a way to do that, only I don’t think it really worked this time…

During a recent interview with Golf Magazine, Eddie was asked, you guessed it, if he knew anything about these Van Halen reunion rumors that have been taking the world of rock & roll by storm lately. His answer, well, I’ll let you judge it for yourself…

His answer when asked this was simply… “I gotta go. There’s a coyote in my backyard. Big fucker.”

So there you have it. Essentially a non-answer. And a super vague one at that. If there’s one thing that Eddie Van Halen, and all of Van Halen for that matter, know how to do, it’s get the pot stirring and take advantage of circulating rumors, and I think that that’s exactly what Eddie is doing here!
