Def Leppard has made the announcement to cancel the plans for a fall US Tour with ZZ Top due to the current coronavirus pandemic’s state. The two rock acts were supposed to go on a month-long trek that was originally scheduled to being in Albany, New York on September 21.

In a statement, the band said, “Regretfully, we will not be moving forward with our 20/20 Vision tour with ZZ Top out of caution for our fans and crew. Our collective safety is most important at this time. We look forward to getting back in the road and seeing you soon.”

This announcement is the latest update to Def Leppard’s live schedule as a response to the current situation of the global health crisis, in line with their tour with Motley Crue, Poison, and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts which has been postponed to the summer of 2021.
