When you think that you’re too old to bust out some moves on the dance floor, just take a look at Julia, a 91-year-old resident of Golden Age Home Health Care. In all fairness, however, who would not move upon hearing The King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley’s “Jailhouse Rock”.
As if transported back to the good old days, Julia suddenly pushed her walker to the side and said, “You’ve got me feeling so good, I want to dance! Do you mind if I do the jitterbug to celebrate? I’m loving life!” The staff around her were confident of the Presley fan as she danced to the tune just as if she were just shy of her twenties.
A longtime resident of Golden Age Home Health Care, Julia has effortlessly evoked the laughter of the staff and her fellow neighbors with her jovial personality and youthful spirit. Watch the senior bust her moves to Elvis’s hit on the video below.
