Not What I Expected

Warning: If you have coulrophobia, you might want to look away now. Although to be honest, this is just way too good to pass up. And especially if you’re a big Pink Floyd fan, you’re gonna miss a lot if you don’t watch this. I know the idea may sound creepy and all but let me tell you, he nailed this cover.

“I wrote and rewrote and rewrote and rewrote that lyric because I wanted it to be as close as possible to what I felt. There’s a truthful feeling in that piece. That sort of indefinable, inevitable melancholy about the disappearance of Syd. He’s withdrawn so far away that he’s no longer there.” – Roger Waters

The guy’s name is Puddles and he’s a 7-foot clown and I seriously don’t know how he does it but it’s beautiful. It’s unlike any cover I’ve heard before and man, he just made clowns a little less scary.
